Who we are

This website is run by Saini Water Infratech, trading as Saini Water Infra (GSTIN 06KSZPS1246F1Z1). We are responsible for the personal data you share with us here, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the site survey form, WhatsApp, a call or email:

• your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address;
• what you need, the type of site, the nearest town, your timeline and any notes you add.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a site survey;
• to prepare a proposal or quotation for your site;
• to keep a record of the work if you become a client, as tax and contract rules require.

We use your details because you gave them to us for this purpose. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our own team. Messages reach us through WhatsApp or email, and form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service. If your project needs a partner, such as a hydrogeologist for a groundwater survey, we share only what they need for that work. We share details with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for as long as tax and contract law require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
